Mark Salling is No Puck

Ever wonder how close the Glee stars are to their characters?

Every girl loves a bad boy but according to Mark Salling, pictured here at the FOX 2010 Television Critics Association Party at Pacific Park on August 2 2010, he is nothing like his bad-boy character Noah ‘Puck’ Puckerman. During a photoshot for Teen Vogue, the Glee star claims his innocence.

‘I’ve never thrown anyone into a Dumpster, for one thing… And I haven’t broken that many hearts–I’ve only had two serious girlfriends.”

Sure but what about when you shaved your mohawk, Mark? My heart broke in two that day, luckily True Blood was on later that night and Alexander Skarsgard melted it back together. Yum.

Back to Salling, Mark actually moved to Los Angeles from Dallas to pursue a career as a singer-songwriter and his success in acting hasn’t distracted him from his dream. This fall, he will release an album which will consist of a ‘mash-up’ of his musical muses.

“I love nineties stuff like Alice in Chains and Nine Inch Nails. It’d be my dream to have a Radiohead-themed episode of Glee“.

Hmm, doesn’t sound like a very ‘songwriter’ album to me but hey, let’s cut him some slack- he’s a busy guy.
